Return Policy
Unless another return policy is indicated, all products sold by streetstereo.com are covered by this Return Policy. Merchandise with this Return Policy maybe returned :
- a) within 14 days of the original invoice date for a refund ( Unopened / Sealed in our Warranty Sticker), or
- b) within one year of the original invoice date for warranty service / replacement for the same item or equal replacement. All returns need an RA # (Return Authorization) number. All returned items for a refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
In fact, there are many manufactures offer additional factory coverage. Thus, you need to contact the manufacturers of your item directly to inform you about the eligibility and also specific Terms and Conditions.
StreetStereo.com is not in charge of any damages due to the following reasons:- If you return your item for a refund, a 25% restocking fee will be charged along with the original shipping cost on the item. Before refunds are given, every return given is professionally tested and inspected
- Streetstereo is willingly accepting every return of yours within 14 days of the original purchase.
- Streetstereo will not apply any refund on products that have been used or opened; exchange can only be performed at that point.
- We only serve return items in original box including the original accessories. Fees will be applied for missing items such as adapters, original box, harnesses, etc.
- Buyer is in charge of all return shipping costs to Streetstereo. Streetstereo will pay the fees to ship the replacement item to you. If the exchange is performed 30 days after the date of purchase, the buyer should pay the shipping cost for both directions.
- Every return needs an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns without any RMA may be postponed or returned to the sender. Please email us at ebay@streetstereo.com for your RMA.
- Any exchange for a different item will require additional re-stocking fees.
- Streetstereo will attempt to reach a goal of 48 hour service for every replacement. Delays will only take place if lack of replacement items is encountered. Yet, do not worry since we will contact you via email if such a back order takes place.
- Subwoofer Warranty: We do not serve any warranty to subwoofers which have any blown voice coils or speakers which have been punctured. It is considered as physical damage that is not covered by our warranty, or manufactures warranty.
- Items returned for physically abused or damaged will not be accepted.
- The return/exchange policy does not cover international orders. Streetstereo is not liable for any brokerage or Custom fees occur in your country this including but not limited to all tax and other fees. Streetstereo on it’s own discretion reserve it’s right to change method of shipping service used in our Listing page
- Any damage due to failure of installation, misused of item and services provide by others will not be warranted through Streetstereo.
- Streetstereo reserved the right to charge additional shipping fees to these location (AK, HI, PR, GU, U.S Virgin Island and APO/FPO Address)
- Streetstereo is not responsible for any Typo or graphical errors in the listing page
Procedure of Return
As has been mentioned above, every return needs an RA (Return Authorization) number. How to get a RA number:- Log in to your account
- Click on the “Request a RA number” link next to the order for which you need to return merchandise on the list of your order
- Complete the form. Then, you will be asked for contact information and the reason why you return the item on step 1, next you will be free on choosing the product(s) to put in your RMA on step 2.
- After submitting the form you have filled in, please wait for 48-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for our returns department to respond your submission.
